What's included in the price?
The accommodation, all linen, heating when needed, electricity, hot
water, access to washing machine (nominal charge), use of gardens and
swimming pool (not heated), towels for indoor and poolside use, tea
towels. Weekly linen change and twice weekly cleaning - extra cleaning as
above.

Care of property
It is expected that you leave the houses in the same state of
cleanliness and repair as you found them on arrival. If any breakage's do
occur, we ask that you pay for or replace the item(s) before you leave. If
any problems arise regarding the property during your stay, our staff will
endeavour to do everything possible to resolve them.
Please note that the villas are
considered as no-smoking areas. Sadly no pets are allowed at Ca'n Pujola.
If you wish to take drinks to the pool, we ask you to only use plastic
tumblers.
Pyramid
Available for facilitated courses and workshops only when hiring both
houses. During certain times, the pyramid may be in use, so on occasions
people may be seen passing through the grounds. However we will do
everything possible to ensure that any disturbance is kept to a minimum.
General information
How to book at Ca'n Pujola
Call or e-mail us to check space availability. We will be able to tell
you there and then so that you can book your flights with confidence.
Complete the booking form and fax, e-mail or post to us.
Deposit & Payment
Relaxation breaks: There is a 50% non-refundable deposit required to
confirm your place with the balance payable no later than 42 days before
arrival. Facilitators for running their own courses: There is a 25%
non-refundable deposit required, the balance being payable no later than
28 days prior to arrival. Please note:- If you are booking less than 6
weeks in advance, the full amount is payable immediately in order to
confirm your booking. A handling charge of €20 is required to change any
course bookings.

(a) Bank transfer in Euros to our account in Spain (see below), or
(b) Bankers draft in euros plus 5 Euros supplement, or

Confirmation of booking
We will confirm your booking upon receipt of payment. Please check the
details of confirmation immediately as we cannot accept any liability for
incorrect booking details unless you notify us in writing within 7 days of
receipt. No booking is considered final until payment is received in full.
We will not be able to confirm your booking unless we can identify your
payment on our bank statement, so please remember to e-mail us the exact
payment reference from your bank if you make a bank transfer.
Cancellations
Once a booking has been accepted no payment is refundable.
Cancellation of your trip, for whatever reason, should be notified to Ca'n
Pujola immediately and in writing.
Currency
Everything is priced in euros and payment must be made in Euros.
Arrival and departure
Generally the houses aren't available before 2pm on the day of
occupancy - and have to be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Travel arrangements
All travel arrangements are your responsibility and at your own cost.
We shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from delays or
cancellations in any of the companies you may have made arrangements with,
or for any irregularities in your documentation required for travel.
Transfers to and from Ca'n Pujola are at your own cost although they can
be arranged by us.
Insurance
Holiday travel insurance is mandatory. This should cover you for
cancellation, sickness, losses and all the usual risks.
Liability
We do not accept any liability for: cancellations, delays or changes
caused by war, threat of war, terrorist actions or threats, closure of
airports, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, technical
problems to transport, staff cancellations, unforeseen changes in your
personal circumstances or other events beyond our control; participants'
medical or psychiatric conditions which may develop during or subsequent
to the let/course; loss of, or damage to, personal property of
participants. We are not liable for any injuries you may incur. All
courses are undertaken at your own risk. If you are in any doubt please
consult a doctor and be sure to advise us of any conditions before you
book.
Group Bookings
Where a booking is made on behalf of several individuals the booking
is conditional on the person signing the booking form having authorisation
from all the individuals named on the booking form to enter into this
contract.
What to bring for courses and classes
Clothing should be comfortable and non-restrictive, preferably cotton
e.g. shorts and t-shirt. Bring a cotton wrap or sarong to cover yourself
during relaxation and meditation sessions. We provide yoga mats should you
need them.
Food (courses only or by prior
arrangement)
We provide a balanced mainstream vegetarian diet using fresh local
ingredients. We do not cater for individual dietary preferences but if you
have any special dietary requirements we will try to cater for them.
